Prices
Items are charged at the price shown on the date you place your order. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time, including postage costs.
Packaging
One of our aims is to cut down on wasteful, expensive packaging and thereby reduce any subsequent harm to the environment, so our boxes are fully recyclable (after all, you don't wear the box!). The tissue paper is non-toxic and acid-free, and also suitable for recycling. We would also like to encourage customers to reuse any external packaging.
Ordering
As soon as we receive your online order, we will send you confirmation via email. If you don't hear from us, it could mean we haven't received your order – though this happens very rarely. If you don't receive our confirmation email within three working days, please contact us by email - orders@rokchix.com or call 01273 689061.
Payment
For online shopping, we use an established secure debit and credit card payment service called ProTx. At no time do we hold your credit or debit card details at our office or on any of our computer systems. However, in the absence of any negligence on our part, we cannot be held legally responsible for any loss you may experience if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering goods from the Rok Chix site. We also operate a deferred payment policy, which means your card isn't charged until we are ready to ship your order.You can also pay by cheque.
Please do not send your credit card number via email, as we cannot accept this method of payment. You can, however, contact us by phone and pay with your credit card (call 01273 689061).
Shipping
Though we are a small company, we aim to keep most items in stock, so we normally expect to ship your order within 14 days from the date of receipt (within 4-5 days in most cases). If, however, your order is going to take more than 14 days, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date, and you will have the right to change your order or cancel. Please note, your credit or debit card will not be charged until we're ready to ship your order.
Due to customs restrictions, we are currently only shipping to addresses within the UK.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately and we will stop the order and refund your card with the whole amount. If, however, your order has already been shipped, you will have to follow the returns process, outlined below.
Delivery costs
Post and packaging costs are free, no matter how much you spend.
Orders under £30 are sent by Royal Mail Signed For, while orders over £30 are sent by Special Delivery – both require a signature on arrival.
Returns
We're sure that you'll adore our products, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days in perfect condition and in its original packaging and with proof of purchase, and we'll be happy to give you a refund for the cost of the jewellery.
You must return your products using Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. However, Special Delivery is the only service that insures jewellery in transit. If you send an expensive item by the Signed For delivery service and it goes astray, you will not be able to claim compensation. We recommend sending any item worth more than £30 by Special Delivery.

What you should know about returns
• We can only refund the card that was used to pay for the product being returned.
• If you return a piece of jewellery that was bought on sale, we can obviously only offer you the price you paid for it, not the full price.
• In the unlikely event that you return your order because it was broken or damaged when it arrived, we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive the broken item and refund your return postage. If, however, you return something simply because you don't like it, we will refund the cost of the item only.
• If you do not use the Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery service to return your product, we cannot be responsible if it fails to turn up. Only the Special Delivery service insures jewellery in transit – if you use the Signed For service and your jewellery fails to turn up, you will not be able to claim compensation.
• For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returned pierced earrings.
• We cannot accept returned jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.
• If you return an item to us after the 14-day period is over, we may still refund you at our discretion or offer a store credit.

Damaged items
If, when you receive your order, it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement or a complete refund.

Any information you provide will never be shared, rented, sold, or traded to any other party and is only used for the purpose you intended. We treat your details as personal and confidential.
If you have added your details to our mailing list we will contact you with information on new products and special offers etc. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please email us at info@rokchix.com We do not accept payments on our server, so no financial information is held by us. All shopping transactions are processed using ProTx and no credit/debit card details are sent to us. ProTX uses secure encryption so your details are protected.
We may provide links to other websites, however we are not responsible for the privacy of your personal information while you are using those websites.
