How to order

When you find what you want to buy, click on the 'Add to basket' button and either proceed to check out, where you'll be transferred to a secure payments system operated by ProTx, or continue shopping and adding any additional items to your basket. Your order will be automatically sent to us, but we will not charge your credit/debit card until your order is ready to send out (see below for details).

If you don't want to buy online with your credit/debit card, just ring us. email us or write to us and tell us what you want, and send us a cheque made payable to Rok Chix Limited for the correct amount (postage and packing is free, no matter how many items you buy). If you email your order, please don't send us your credit card details, as it's never safe to do so. Just send us a cheque in the post instead. If you can include the relevant order codes that go with each product on this website, that makes things easier for us – but it's not essential. Remember to include the address you want your order to be delivered to as well as a telephone number so we can contact you if there's a problem.

You can also call us and pay by credit/debit card over the phone.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but obviously this can take longer if you pay by cheque as we have to wait until the cheque has cleared. As a small company, we aim to keep most items in stock at all times, and aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 4-5 days. It may, however, take longer if your order is out of stock, but usually not longer than 14 days (if, for any reason, it looks like it will take longer, we will contact you). Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed For (orders under £30) or Special Delivery, which means you'll have to sign for it at your end.
